Refund Policy 

At Moparis Residence, we value our guests and strive to provide an exceptional stay experience. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Reservation Cancellations

    • Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

    • Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

  2. Early Departures & No-Shows

    • Guests who leave earlier than their scheduled check-out date or fail to arrive will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Property Issues or Concerns

    • If you experience a significant issue during your stay, please contact us immediately.

    • Moparis Residence reserves the right to review the situation and, at its discretion, may issue a partial refund or credit for future stays if the issue is verified and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

  4. Special Circumstances

    • Refunds for emergencies (such as natural disasters or government travel restrictions) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

  5. Processing Time

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used for booking.
